I support individuals experiencing anxiety by helping them understand what’s beneath their worries and develop healthier ways to cope. In a warm, nonjudgmental space, we work together to explore the patterns that fuel anxiety and create meaningful change. My approach is personalized, compassionate, and focused on helping you feel more grounded, confident, and in control.
Relationships are central to our lives, yet they can bring stress, confusion, and emotional pain. Whether you're navigating a romantic partnership, exploring non-monogamy, or seeking a better relationship with yourself, therapy can help. In our work together, we will explore the stories you carry, the patterns you repeat, and the beliefs that shape how you relate to others. By increasing self-awareness and understanding how your connections impact your well-being, you can begin to create more authentic, intentional, and fulfilling relationships.
Trauma symptoms are a normal response to overwhelming or abnormal experiences—often developed to help you survive, feel safe, or stay protected. While these responses may have served you in the past, they may no longer align with who you are or where you want to be. Healing from trauma often involves phases of stabilization, processing, and integration, and I’m here to meet you wherever you are on that journey, moving forward together at a pace that feels safe and supportive. With training in EMDR, I can also offer additional tools to help process and integrate trauma in a way that fosters lasting healing.
I offer queer-affirming therapy rooted in deep respect for your identity, autonomy, and lived experience. Whether you're exploring gender, sexuality, relationships, or healing from the effects of heteronormativity or internalized oppression, this is a space where you don’t have to explain or justify who you are. With specialized training in queer-affirming psychotherapy, I create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where all expressions of queerness are welcome.
My practice is grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming approach that honors your brain, your body, and your way of being in the world. I work with autistic and other neurodivergent clients to unlearn shame, reduce masking, and build a life that supports authenticity and nervous system regulation. Rather than pathologizing difference, I center acceptance, access needs, and self-trust as essential parts of healing and growth.
I help clients explore the roots of perfectionism and over-achieving through a compassionate and relational framework. Together we'll examine the beliefs and patterns driving the need to excel, while cultivating self-compassion as a powerful antidote to self-criticism and burnout. By improving the relationship with The Self, clients can begin to embrace worthiness beyond performance and reconnect with a more balanced, authentic way of living.
I support clients with OCD using I-CBT to address the faulty beliefs and reasoning processes that drive intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors. I-CBT focuses on helping clients reconnect with their inner sense of certainty and trust in their perceptions, rather than relying on compulsions for relief. Through this approach, we'll work collaboratively to reduce distress, build insight, and promote lasting change grounded in self-understanding and confidence.
Everyone experiences change—both uplifting and challenging—and it's a natural part of life that can sometimes feel overwhelming. As a relational therapist, I support life transitions by fostering a strong therapeutic alliance, offering a safe space to explore changing roles and identities through connection and mutual understanding. My postmodern lens often draws from narrative or solution-focused approaches, helping you re-author your personal story and uncover strengths to navigate transitions with agency. Both approaches emphasize collaboration and honoring your unique perspective, making the process of change more empowering and meaningful.
Therapy can help you set healthy boundaries and communicate your needs more clearly—both essential tools for self-love and meaningful relationships. Many of us struggle with this, often due to internalized beliefs about our worth. In therapy, you can explore these patterns, build self-awareness, and create lasting change that ripples through every part of your life. It’s powerful, important, and you’re worth it.
